Excellent customer service from Cristian Chavero. Explained all the features with detail to my new vehicle. Made sure that my transaction ran as smoothly as possible. Make sure you go see him at Fiesta Nissan in Edinburg.
They only need to work on the time management. I made an appt for 730 it took a few hours.. but other than that they are very professional and I recommend this place.

The staff member that help me was very knowlegeable and freindly. The oil change was done bery fast.
Last week on March 26th I had a flat tire and needed air. One of the service guys came out and noticed the spare needed to put on so I could get to my destination and offered to change it for me. I asked him if it was ok and he said no problem and proceeded to change it. Another employee came up to him and exchanged words. Service advisor was not good. I had to be following up with him he never kept me up to date. Text me saying my vehicle was ready, got to the there and told me he never told me that had to show him the message and just says oh wrong customer. Told me my car would be ready by noon next day called around 11am and he told me it wasn’t ready.
Edgar Camacho was the person who helped me out with the maintenance service. He was very professional and knowledgeble about what my vehicle needed service on. Excellent work Edgar!
Truck they sold me had issues they would not honor to fix tires and issues vehicle did not even get certified when sold
It's sad and False advertisement, I found a car on Fiesta website that I was interested for my daughter. I called a sales manager for availability and they assure me that vehicle was available so I drove there, and car was sold days before. Also, once on dealership I was interested in another small vehicle and wanted to negotiate on my trade in. I asked for this new vehicle information and after 1 1/2 hours waiting for a response on cheaper car, I was offered a more expensive and bigger vehicle that I never drove nor even asked for info on. ... Everything was ok. Had no problems and was treated with respect. All the problems were taken care of.
Customer service was great and was attended on a timely manner. Service employee texted me when vehicle was ready to be picked up.

At the Edinburg Fiesta Nissan Linda at the service Department provided great service and took care of all my concerns and issues with my vehicle. Linda was knowledgeable, professional and made all the necessary car rental reservations and ordered the parts I needed. Linda was always communicating each step of the way while my car was being serviced. My experience was Great and Linda was the main reason why I would be going back to Fiesta Nissan . I will ask for Linda next time I go back for service .
Had a great experience with Fiesta Nissan service department. I went as a walk in for an oil change and the service was completed quickly.
I didn’t like the communication between them and I. Very unorganized and the shuttle took way too long I had to get an uber

Schedule a test drive. I called several times to confirm and get the car ready. They showed a different vehicle because they weren’t sure if they had the other one in stock, but they were happy to show me something similar at a higher price. It felt like an old tactic to bring customers in. I called them and gave them a piece of my mind. Worst dealership ever. I had issues from the sales department when I was buying the vehicle. I don't know what department is worst, sales or service. I've only taken my vehicle to them for service and each time I take it, I get it back worse. Then they want to charge me to fix it when their technicians were the ones that messed it up in the first place.
Worst dealership ever I have always bought my cars from them but I will never go back. I have had my suv for only 1 month 1/2 I already having issues with my car and has extended warranty from bumper to bumper they are not wanting to fix it wanting for me to pay out pocket saying it was a rodent issue. Managers avoid me don’t want to speak to me in person nor on the phone. But when I was there to buy a car everyone would come out. Never again. Don’t buy from them.
Poor customer service, Recepcionist very unprofessional and people in charge of service do not return phone calls. Not even the service manager returns phone calls.

We had a scheduled appointment at Fiesta Nissan for a test drive of a pre-owned vehicle and still spent 45 minutes waiting because “other people were interested.” What’s the point of setting an appointment if you make customers wait?

Made an appointment to go see a truck when i got there supposedly the truck was getting an oil change i waited almost 4 hrs just to tell me someone saw the truck at the service and bought it. What a loos of time.

I’ve never had any issues until my last visit. My service advisor never contacted me to give me an update on my vehicle status. My truck was left overnight and I wasn’t even told it would have to be. I called the next day and they kept telling me that they would have my service advisor contact me and he never did. I had an appointment and I waited over three hours for an oil change/rotation.
This dealership is not transparent, not trustworthy, They do CATCHES on their advertising to get you there then they add lots of extras to the price of the vehicle. Waste of my valuable time. I told them that's not a good practice to do business because now I won't take it, the Sales Manager stated that if they don't sell vehicles is better for them because they will have inventory, that's what the owners wants to keep them in the lot. Well then keep them there!!!!
I paid cash for my car in September. I still have not gotten my 2nd set of keys. They were going to give them to me in 2 weeks. Now they are charging me over $600 for rodent problems in wire. But I just got the car! What’s going on?
Staff was very respectful and courteous. They work with you so you can take your vehicle that same day. Very decent prices!! Two thumbs up!!
